1. Mapping the Artistic Scene in Israel
2. Identifying Potential Candidates
We do not use common practices such as newspaper ads, limited-time auditions or competitions. IcExcellence selects artists through active searches, conducted by the professional artistic committees.
We aim to choose ten artists every year, but merit rather than quota will determine the final number.

3. Developing Tailor-Made Programs with the Chosen Artist
|
The process is usually intensive and lengthy, taking several months. Each artist may enjoy several different programs, varied according to his/her progress and needs.

4. Consulting, Nurturing and Supporting Chosen Artists’
Personal Programs
IcExcellence accompanies the artists for a period of time, providing advice, contacts and financial support for their programs.
This cooperation may last up to three years.

5. Providing the Artists with Career Skills
|
IcExcellence provides its artists with empowerment and educational programs, as well as ongoing consulting meetings with our professional advisors.

| The Programs Offered |
|
The programs are tailor-made for each artist, thus they may vary. They may take place in Israel or abroad, and are different in content and length (See various programs of the chosen artists.)

| The Artists' Commitment: Giving Back to the Community |
|
Unlike many foundations or empowerment programs, IcExcellence's chosen artists have several responsibilities as well. Among them is their commitment to subsequently contribute and give back to the community. Their suggested projects are subject to the foundation's approval.
